Our society’s interest in the search for perfection, whatever that is, is an obsession bordering on addiction. The constant bombardment of advertising telling us how we should look has created several generations of people that are dissatisfied with their self-image. Fitness, giving lifestyle advice, and eating healthily are all big businesses. The fact that there is a front-facing camera on most smartphones demonstrates how obsessed we have become with how we look.

Each image is a composite, with each part photographed in the studio and combined during post-production. Space is deliberately left for a caption and editorial text.
